At the moment all orders are shipped via Royal Mail. We aim to dispatch ordered goods no later than on the next working day from date the order was placed.
Delivery charges are based on estimated weight of packed goods. Prices are calculated with accordance of Royal Mail price lists for packet parcels. Total charge include VAT due on shipping service.
International orders
Please contact us prior making any purchase and we will estimate shipping cost to your country.

Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason then please inform us via email: shop@lure-world.com
within 7 days and we will exchange them or refund your payment when the goods are received back by us.
Please also ensure you obtain a certificate of posting available free from the post office or send to us by recorded
delivery so you have evidence they were posted. Goods will be exchanged only if they have not been worn,
used or otherwise soiled and are in original, undamaged packaging.
If goods have been damaged then please inform us as soon as possible, before returning the goods to us
and we will exchange or offer a full refund. We reserve the right to return the goods to the manufacturer
for inspection before issuing a refund. If the manufacturer deems the fault not to be of the product Lure World
reserve the right not to issue a refund.
Christmas shipping
We would like to inform that the last date we will shipp orders before Christmas will be Wednesday 23th December.
All orders placed after the date will leave our shop on Friday 8th January 2010.
